A Legacy of Service
Doon Public School in Haridwar was my great-grandfather's mission — a school built on the belief that every child deserves a chance at education, no matter their background. For four generations, our family has carried forward this vision of compassion and service.
When I visited the school myself, I saw the incredible spirit of the students firsthand — but I also saw the gaps. Children lacked access to basic healthcare, dental hygiene education, and essential medical support. That moment changed everything for me.
I knew I had to do more than just carry on a legacy — I had to expand it. Sitaram Scholars was born from that visit, dedicated not only to sponsoring education but also to bridging the critical healthcare gaps I witnessed in those classrooms.
